a. add grease periodically to ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher and increase the service life.

b. grease in the bearing house take 50%-70% of total volume with a change every 3-6months; wash the bearing with clean petrlo or kerosene before changing grease and open the oil outlet below the bearing house when washing.

c. add grease on the connection surface of toggle pad and plate when assembling or overhauling.
